Representatives from the Child and Women’s Helplines under the Social Services Center of the "Reliable Future" Social Initiatives Public Union are participating in an exchange program in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The program aims to explore international practices in child protection, helpline operations, and the enhancement of related services. This initiative is supported financially by the Building Resilience in Eastern Neighbourhood (BREN) organization and organized by "Reliable Future." As part of the exchange, staff members from the helplines will visit the "Plavi Telefon" (Blue Phone) center of the "Nova Generacija" organization. They will share their expertise, exchange information about child-focused approaches and achievements to date, and learn about the methodologies, activities, and social services implemented at the center. The four-day program also includes several important meetings and discussions, providing an opportunity for the representatives to enhance their knowledge and foster international collaboration in social services.
