Annual Report of the Azerbaijan Child Helpline Service – 2024

Throughout 2024, the Azerbaijan Child Helpline Service has successfully continued to provide social, psychological, and legal support services with the primary aim of protecting children’s rights and ensuring their well-being. It is noteworthy that a total of 3,635 cases were registered during the year. The majority of these inquiries were related to legal assistance, psychological support, and the resolution of various social issues.

The Child Helpline has also implemented wide-ranging measures for the early detection of violence and the psychosocial rehabilitation of affected children. Strengthening awareness-raising activities and increasing public knowledge about children’s rights remained one of our top priorities throughout the year.
